Pros

There are very good people there trying to good work despite the poor leadership.

Cons

Direction is always changing. Leadership is only in it for the money, all of the safety talk is window dressing so they can stay in the good graces of the NFL. Too many personal agendas, no focus on the greater good.

Certain higher ups don't exactly know how to delegate. Mean that in the nicest way possible. Found it hard to be "busy" while i was on the clock there.
