      Pros

      Great company. Small enough to care about the individual while big enough to compete with other companies in salary and benefits.

      Cons

      Some of the upper managers are horrible to work with or for. One in particular is on a power trip.

      Pros

      Company culture, compensation, community involvement, stability.

      Cons

      They are working on being more efficient in communication and involving more of the employee population that are outside of corporate, I think this may be a con but is in the midst of changing which is a positive change.
