USA Properties Fund reviews

Not even two months after being with this company I notice the racism they don't care if you're Mexican Asian India or black you hear the jokes of belittling different race. How they disrespect the residences and management thinks it's funny and to see regional supervisors doing the same but it's not funny that you see so many residents hurt and in pain they don't care as long as they get there rent (money). I've seen higher management put their hands on employers belittling them in front of other employees. I would not recommend this company unless there are some major changes and it has to starts with the top.

Much of the upper management (Regionals) and the corporate office (Compliance and HR) only care about the perception of themselves and will make sure that they look good no matter what they have to do. I witnessed harassing and unfair treatment, a Regional expecting employees to lie and illegal activity through the compliance department pertaining to tax credit paperwork so that the company would not lose money. This company has a cult like culture, you are either all in by being their robot or you leave because you refuse to adapt to the shady practices or they fire you themselves.
