      no pros, just segregation and a fake smile

      Cons

      Anti- LGBTQ ... Not a fair employment, backed company!!!! Not paid benefits, nor given benefit options after 4 months and counting. New employees are treated as if they don't matter and not included in team yet segregated and criticized by superiors. Horrible company!!!!

All full time employees are eligible to enroll in benefits following 60 days of employment after the 1st of the month following date of hire. We have taken steps to improve our onboarding processes for all employees and based on feedback, continue to make modifications and improvements.       Pros

      Great pay, way better than other company's in the area. Benefits are basically the same, but do 401k match.

      Cons

      Smaller company, so upward mobility is a bit slow, but possible. Culture is almost non-existent, although the effort is there to make it so.

      Large corporation with standardized policies and procedures. Very ethical. Care about employees.

      Cons

      Health care is too expensive.
