Pros
It seems over the past few years USA has been making a lot of changes geared towards making the employees happy such as the wellness programs, extra employee events, and bringing bonuses back. It makes us feel that our employer cares about us when we see changes being made that obviously serve no purpose except to benefit us. I enjoy the diversity of the company and the fact that there doesn't seem to be a division between us and corporate. My supervisor never makes me feel like I am beneath her. She treats me and my employees with respect. Excellent retirement benefits, paid holidays, PTO, excellent vision and dental benefits. We also have a lot of cool wellness plans - for example, I can get up to $200 in gift cards for doing things like logging activities or getting my blood checked.
Cons
New employees can't get a certain health coverage provider that I would like to have but, my health coverage is good.
