Pros

Remote work is basically the only pro

Cons

The commission plan in smb changed all of a sudden, half the dept has not gotten a commission check in 6 months, high earning reps are on coaching plans and PIPS due to management not liking them personally. Managers bully reps daily. Horrible and hostile. Reps fear to go to HR because they fear retaliation.

We work to ensure employees can bring their authentic selves to their jobs every day and to enable them to navigate successfully to fulfill their goals. We are disappointed to hear we did not meet that objective in your case. Thank you for your feedback. Our organization has navigated a changing industry. As a broad network of functions, teams, and brands, we work to help employees learn from and contribute to diverse roles, initiatives, and groups as they have interests. We also invest in the infrastructure and assets that employees can take advantage of to build new skills and explore competencies and certifications within or beyond their current job areas. While some job families have clear upward advancement paths, many more career journeys take linear or alternative tracks, and we aim to support both. It’s disappointing to hear your objectives were not met in our environment. Your comments will be taken into consideration as we evolve our approaches.
