Thank you for your feedback. All organizations must adapt to changing market, economic, technological, and competitive conditions to thrive over time. Gannett continues to proactively evolve our business in the face of industry shifts, economic conditions, and changing consumer needs. We purposefully evaluate our investments and tradeoffs to ensure long-term sustainability within an industry facing sustained sector decline. We work to serve our communities and diverse stakeholders with a relentless focus on optimization in combination with innovative content, products, and services that deliver customer and community value. Employees are encouraged to participate in monthly town halls, division all-hands meetings, executive office hours, strategy education sessions, and other forums to ensure they remain as informed as possible about company performance, priorities, and change efforts.

Thank you for the feedback. Our teams are dedicated to delivering their commitments to the diverse constituents we serve. When our employees are set up for success, we can operate effectively, and our business thrives. Goal setting and workforce planning are part of a formal annual process for senior leaders. As organizational changes are made, these plans are revisited. With clear objectives set, leaders cascade goals and priorities through their teams. Where employees feel overwhelmed or unclear, which only frustrates them and adds risk to our performance, we encourage proactive dialogue. Employees can gain support by working with their managers, mentors, peers, and when necessary, HR partners. We will make every effort to facilitate support, training, and any necessary change planning.
