Good Overall Company; Depends on middle management

Pros

Overall a good company. Insurance and bonus were amazing. The auxillary benefits were excellent too.

Cons

The departmental management was terrible. Departmental attrition was very high, therefore people were always new. The mail process was antiquated and caused payemnt delays to the claimants.
