call center work load is extremely heavy.
the company culture is very structured and professional. Everyone 'fits in'. No one stands out or is loud.
Dress code is business casual but it is professional business casual. No bare arms. Everyone looks very polished.
It is very hard to get promotions even though there are a lot of job postings, as all employees are extremely intelligent and very hard workers. Everyone applying for those promotions is a superstar!
Technology could be improved but the IT support staff is amazing.
