      A golden place to retire. People are friendly.

      Cons

      Not much to complain. Pension plan is not good as the original retirement plus plan. Wish the money put into pension plan is able to invest with more options rather than grow with minimum interest.

      Pros

      Great culture, military based, very respectful employees. Plenty of horizontal movement opportunity to jobs outside of your typical silo, great mentoring opportunity especially from retired or reserve military members

      Cons

      Limited vertical opportunity due to the fact that turnover is so low, competition for leadership roles is heavy and folks who win leadership positions typically have a lot of experience across the organization
