Great Company to work for

Pros

Its a great comapny to work for, great benefits 8% 401k, great health insurance from Aetna and 25 days PTO. Base pay lower but great environment to work. Working on new open source technologies and going to AWS.

Cons

Higher base salary and easier promotion.

good work life balance if you have a good/flexible manager/ good pay

Cons

I haven't really run into any notable cons. Only during busy season (December for us) we had to work 16 hours days
