Pros

Good pay and benefits are strong. Annual bonus is usually pretty good.

Cons

Absoutly no chance to advance into executive level roles unless you live in San Antonio and even then it is near impossible to get into one of those roles as they are usually filled prior to even being posted. There is a huge backlog of strong directors looking to move into EMG and leadership is ok with them just staying there or leaving.
