Pros

Good benefits Amazing PTO time.

Cons

Poor management. Everything counts against you — if it issues, counts against you, taking too long on call, counts against you, going to bathroom- counts against you. Benefits do not onset stressful environment, no time between calls, don’t have time to even run to restroom, because of system issues- members are stress, rude to whom ever answers the phone and we cannot escalate call- we are told not too- unless is last resource, which if you do it counts against you as an employee taking the call. Managers do not care for you. Management do not care for you, they are not your advocate! They go against what their culture and values when it comes to employees. If you do not take care of your employees it reflects on your members. If recurred promises time off, accommodations, or any other promises; make sure is in writing. Once you are hired they do not honor anything it was promised to you. If you had vacation planned and told them once you are hired and you take time off no matter what, it counts gains you. Be aware!

Pros

They have great benefits especially dental!

Cons

They promise all kinds of things when you're hired like permanent WFH position and that you'll only be working your assigned claims. After training they throw you to the wolves
