It's not what it used to be

Pros

Benefits are good. Great on-site resources like gym in major offices (home office, Tampa, Phoenix).

Cons

Work-life balance is not anywhere to be found at this employer. If you don't meet deadlines that are predetermined by someone who has no idea how long it actually takes to accomplish the tasks, you'll be in serious trouble. Everyone is scrambling to meet deadlines.

Pros

Great Benefits, Bonuses and internal amenities.

Cons

Employer will continue to re-evaluate departments and terminate employees based on companies need leaving the employee jobless. Also, with new CEO, he will continue with this model and change the mission.

Cons

AVP and above seem to only care about the bottom line (sales) Very few opportunities for movement off phones Back to back calls Difficult to reach metrics
