Pros

USAA pays good money for the work we do and makes sure we have things we need to do our job

Cons

USAA workload used to be really manageable within a year ago, now they want to preach that we not reviewing claims right but big part of that is on the increased amount of work being provided . They switched us from SE claims only to then entire EAST and of more lately the entire US. They have also a field position that averages 5-15 claims while we currently sitting at 40+ , USAA used to really care about their employees work life balance but that isnt true anymore. Meanwhile there are members whose claims we cant keep following up on ..
