Pros

401k, eduction benefits, set schedule, PTO balance

Cons

Micromanaging, members of management all have different guidelines to follow making the claims process difficult. No a days available to actually take time off, you have a lot of PTO but all dates are always blocked off. You need to put in requested a year in advance

Pros

- Work life balance is great - 5 weeks PTO and opportunity to purchase 3 more - Friendly community - Lots of connection opportunities

Cons

- Mandatory in office 4 days a week even as a software developer - Some teams utilize older, retired, software that is behind the industry - A lot of high level software developers, so upward mobility is very slow (About 3 years to go from a III to a II even with high performance)
