Low salary. Very short opportunities to grow inside the company.

While the compensation at this company is competitive, several issues make it a challenging place to work. Management practices are often ineffective, and there is a noticeable lack of work-life balance. A particularly concerning issue is the workplace culture, where employees frequently speak negatively about one another, and some managers engage in unprofessional conversations about team members based on hearsay. This fosters a toxic and uncomfortable environment. Additionally, unnecessary meetings and unrealistic expectations further contribute to employee dissatisfaction. Despite the good pay, I would not recommend this company for those seeking a healthy and supportive work environment.
