Pros

Company is focused on meeting the financial needs of servicemen and women and their dependents. It's nice to work for a company that has a mission worth being proud of! Compensation is on par with market. Take advantage of the education benefit!

Cons

Last few years it feels like they have been distracted from the mission - as evidenced by rapid expansion, poorer-than-usual customer reviews, and fines from federal regulators. That seems to be turning around, but only time will tell.
