      Pros

      USAA is a great place to work and really focuses on its military customers. It has a strong culture and great benefits. It is a great environment for project managers; a project manager can learn a great a lot working at this company. It has repeatedly made the top places to work lists, and deservedly so.

      Cons

      The culture can sometimes be kind of insular, especially for employees who have never worked anywhere else.

      Pros

      Annual Christmas bonuses the equivalence of 2 weeks pay.

      Cons

      Call center environment, poor lower managment, stressful environment, managers concerns are with numbers and competition, low employee moral, very member focued, reminded daily "we hired you, now you need to do this for us as someone else would love to have your job."
