Pros

Great benefits, on site gym, many activities outside of work, great bonus

Cons

This is a call center environment! You will be on the phones 95% of the time you are there with no time in between calls. Two breaks of 20 min, and one lunch of 35 min no matter what shift you work.

Pros

Great benefits, bonus, great people to work with.

Cons

although not commission, they expect you to "sell/deepen their relationship" other products that are offered, micromanaging, short lunch and break on 10 hour schedule, if your call flow is not the "USAA WAY", but you're still extremely helpful with the members, they'll still tell you your call wasn't good enough, difficult advancement.
