Cons

Horrible management and leadship employee services is a joke when you bring a issue to them they will find information to get you fired if you bring anything there attention will make it appear that you are the problem. It you don't like the job quit before they fire you you been warned.

Pros

Had nothing, got married and joined the team. USAA changed my life. Paid for my education, paid for the birth of my children (3), saved for my retirement. Two thumbs up.

Cons

Big company, corporate environment. Change not always in the right direction.

Pros

Great benefits, great purpose and a Executive Management team that really cares about employees.

Cons

IT technical track (non-management) career progression limited due since employees tend to stay around for the long haul and there are only so many positions to advance to.
