Pros

Outstanding benefits! I retired with a nice pension and my dollar to dollar matched 401k. The best part of the pension package is the supplemental medical coverage which takes care of what Medicare doesn't. And the cost subtracted from my pension (optional) is less than the supplemental policies on the market. And mine includes dental and optical for pennies! My retired friends are envious!

Cons

None! I truly can not think of any, unless it would be rush hour traffic.

good work life balance if you have a good/flexible manager/ good pay

Cons

I haven't really run into any notable cons. Only during busy season (December for us) we had to work 16 hours days

Pros

Excellent pay with the opportunity to improve your career. Management that look at all aspects of an employee's ability to improve and hone those aspects that will increase their ability to move forward in the company. Free education as long as the employee is not on an improvement plan.

Cons

Schedules are not as flexible as some places Moving out to move up is a constant problem
