Pros

Incredibly flexible (Work at Home, casual dress, floating holidays etc) Fantastic benefits - great medical, funded medical spending account, 401k matching (100% up to 8%), legendary performance bonuses, great campus, great parties and appreciation events, tuition assistance and more Excellent environment - They give as much attention to employees as they do to customers

Cons

Its a huge company and by it's industry can tend to conservatism. Some dev's can get frustrated by due diligence. Security is always a very significant focus.
