Pros

Family and team atmosphere my manager is amazing working from home prior and after covid covid response

Cons

Getting cursed out daily by insured and claimants Upper management is far removed from what are doing and are constantly making changes that do not work and create more stress Not enough time in the day to adjust claims when taking so many inbound calls

Pros

Work From Home is nice

Cons

This is a terrible place to work. It’s a call center with back to back to back to back calls. They expect you to take calls nonstop all day but also assume you can actually work your inventory and make outgoing calls simultaneously. If you are not available to take incoming calls for three minutes your manager IMs you about it. Way too micromanaged. They have so many unrealistic metrics that no adjuster can live up to. Their processes and procedures are awful which contributes to everyone getting more and more behind and that results in poor customer service and employee burn out. The claims departed is severely understaffed and upper management doesn’t care. They don’t care about their employees mental health or the unfair working conditions. No opportunity for advancement AT ALL. I’m actually disgusted with this company and am resigning.

Pros

Comparable benefits to other companies- but not over the top great

Cons

The current CEO and board of the last two years has demolished employee satisfaction. It is no longer a company that cares about employees- rather a company like all the others where the CEO & board only care about their bonuses. They are slashing jobs left and right. Entire departments have been eradicated. Thousands lost jobs. Job responsibilities thrown on other departments already at capacity. Employees of 20+ years fed up and leaving, others looking for new employment ( once unheard of here). People crying at their desks. It’s become a nightmare.
