Toxic team members/managers are encouraged to engage in toxic behavior. I witness my and other leaders cursing out their employees several times. Terrible work life balance. If you are in any sort of back-office role, expect 55+ hour weeks at least, often 65+.

The only con for me is when you are looking to move internally, they ask for certain requirements but if someone who doesn't have those requirements but they interview better than you then they will get the job. So it really doesn't matter what your quality are
