      Pay is standard for SA. Work culture has so far been laid back. There has been a choice of overtime or not

      The leadership is changing like falling dominoes Focus moving from military-values to Wall Street values Rumblings of work culture changing Disruptive forced-relocation into downtown Spineless leaders with no standards let entry-level developers run organization Even technical leadership usually lack the technical skills to do anything about problems from below

      Pros

      USAA is a very ethical company. They believe in their core values. USAA cares about their members, which says a lot about a for profit bank.

      Cons

      USAA's infrastructure has been extremely poor. Any new java developer will feel lost. Things are getting better with the company embracing containerization and many open source industry standards. Some IT managers are completely incompetent.
