      Pros

      Benefits are some of the best I've seen around. Semi annual reviews gives a chance to have a conversation with your manager and advocate for a raise or promotion. Employees are reminded of the mission very often which aligns people with the work they do.

      Cons

      Being a company that is highly restricted by laws and regulations, there are a lot of decisions that are made to satisfy these restrictions rather than what would be the best solution in current technology.

      I don't really have much to provide for pros.

      Cons

      This company has changed drastically since I started here four years ago and plenty of others are saying the same thing, but they've been here way longer. The company has lost alignment in their values and doesn't seem to care much about their employees anymore.
