Cons
Blundering C-level executives have taken over and are ruining the company. These people are driving out the best talent and bringing in their friends to replace anyone who does not cower to their incompetent demands. They do not show any gratitude for hard work (like working all night to meet an impossible deadline) but will jump all over you when the smallest things don't go as planned. There is a core group of employees who are dedicated and work very hard while others do not do much. Management moves responsibilities of those non-performers to the employees who produce results, adding to their load. Plans change all the time right up to the last minute when everyone has to scramble over and over to finally get projects done. The work ends up being faulty because of lack of time to do it right. Every day brings a new fire.
