Pros

A good work environment, friendly people for the most part. Clean hospital. The parking is very easy here. State of the art equipment.

Cons

Compensation and benefits are not good compared to other hospitals. They expect so much out there employees but do not recognize hard work, if you are lazy you get away very easily.
