ESOP is such a great way to give back to the employees who put in the time, much like a loyalty reward program with nothing that comes out of your own pocket. There are quarterly incentives for the collectors, and the management team is always looking for ways to give back to the floor. Treats every other week and monthly potlucks that the whole floor participates in! I couldn't ask for a better work family.
