Pros

Nice employees that share the same stress from working under bad management. People that understand each other's mental state from working with a horrible company like this.

Cons

Anything negative you can think of. You don't even benefit from the benefits. This company is so desperate to hire any poor schmuck, don't fall for the trap like I did!!

Pros

Great processing system Really good about asking employees for new ideas but even better at not implementing them. Managements always hires attractive women

Cons

Huge favoritism from management for certain people Obvious signs of sexual harassment. Being watched 24/7 by upper management and no trust in employees . You have to request a review to even be considered for a raise which you'll probably receive a whopping . $.50 cent raise which in tern will get you an extra work load.

Pros

Great experience to break into the insurance field. Management will work with you to teach you the basics of P&C insurance as well as encourage you to grow within the company. Coworkers are friendly and help each other out. President and VP always open to talk with employees on any level.

Cons

Work can be stressful at times. Some training is learn as you go. Work environment Is somewhat dramatic is lower level positions.
