Great Rating System. Good people within the company

Cons

They throw you in the role without any assigned territory or book of business. It is an absolute free-for-all. You cannot touch anyone else's agent's (even if the agency has multiple contacts and has a more than enough business to feed multiple producers). Promised many things, but company did not deliver. They let me go the day Covid-19 hit without any warning.
