Pros

Pay and Benefits. Barely. And only by comparison to other employers in the area.

Cons

Adversarial culture, animosity towards using PTO/vacation, zero communication and resentment when you show lack of knowledge of anything. Desperately in need of new blood because most staff have been there for decades but they don't have any interest in teaching.
