Pros

I work on a great time with a really supportive and knowledgeable boss, the pay is decent and the work life balance is great and the diversity is pretty good compared to a lot of other places I’ve worked it

Cons

The pay is okay but it could be better, wish there were more little perks

Pros

The company is filled with diversity and great people. Their benefits, perks and compensation are as tight at the book will allow them. If you're looking for a safe job that you can hold onto forever without any interest of excelling, this is the company for you!

Cons

The company does not take great care of it's employees nor does the company spend any money are marketing. As a sales professional of 10+ years, this is the one of the worst companies to sell for. In the years I have spent at this company, I have never once been asked about my professional goals. The two instances I asked management myself, I was denied. Year-end reviews and several other types of things I have asked for acknowledged and never followed-up on. I would pushed further and further back until someone finally gave me a NO.
