Pros

What you put into this opportunity is what you get out of it. I went from using the change in my car to get gas to retiring my wife, helping my parents through cancer treatments and BUILT a $600,000 income in the process.

Cons

If you don't want to work, can't talk to people just don't waste your time or anyone else's....

Pros

Some talented and hardworking agents. Compensation and benefits are industry standard.

Cons

The company culture has, unfortunately, allowed inappropriate and harmful behavior to persist — and in some cases, enabled it. Serious allegations, including sexual assault, harassment, bullying, and other misconduct, were reported to upper management, but were often dismissed or ignored. Alarmingly, some of these behaviors were carried out by members of management themselves. Employees who came forward were met with threats of retaliation or were pressured to remain silent under the threat of losing their careers. Instead of holding perpetrators accountable, the company chose to shut down the affected office Buffalo, NY, resulting in no support for those remaining who did not wish to relocate. Meanwhile, the individuals responsible were simply relocated to another office in Charlotte, NC, where they continue to hold leadership roles — without facing any meaningful consequences. This response has created a workplace where employees feel unsafe, unsupported, and fearful of speaking up. Morale is low, and turnover remains high. The company's actions suggest that preserving its image is a higher priority than creating a respectful and safe working environment. If you're a female, you should run; this is a boys' club.
