Pros

Great camaraderie among all agents Amazing commission advances You can make your own schedule Everybody has the same opportunity to succeed in this business. Easy policies to sell because the coverage is much better than anything offered and far less expensive You can have no prior sales experience and still succeed greatly in this career

Cons

Solely commission until you build towards your monthly check Starting out is fairly expensive because you have to pay for a course to take, the state license exams, the actual license , and fingerprinting

Creative Health products Great Executive Staff and Employees in the Corporate Office Fun environment to work in Customers like our plans and stay on them for years

Cons

I came from a career that I spent 21 years in. The biggest problem there was the people I worked with and the lack of opportunity. Here the opportunity to help people is so overwhelming that it does not seem like work.

Pros

The leadership in the field and from the home office is the best I've ever seen. Support is available from multiple sources. The income is amazing. The relationships with co-workers gives a fun and competitive atmosphere. Amazing company to be a part of.

Cons

There really isn't a downside to this company.
