Pros

Office is nicely furnished.

Cons

Remember those AMWAY sellers from back in the day ? They get their foot in your door and then go on and on about how much money AMWAY could make you. Well this the health industry version of AMWAY. Its not a job its a scam. unless you are retired and wealthy do not even go for the "Job Interview" because it is not a job its a sales commission. In most other states they would not be able to operate and would be shut down.

You are absolutely right...we don't offer jobs...we offer careers and the opportunity to build your own business. USHEALTH Advisors operates in 29 states and is continually growing...so I'm not really sure what facts you are basing your statement upon. Regardless, we appreciate your opinion...and we wish you much success in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Your opinion is important to us. Without question, we would like to see every independently contracted agent be successful with our system. Unfortunately, that would be an unrealistic expectation. Company-provided leads are never meant to serve as a primary source of prospecting but rather, are intended to supplement the agent's local marketing activities. Agents who do their own prospecting generally enjoy remarkable sales results with roughly 1/3 of sales coming from their own efforts, 1/3 from referrals and 1/3 from company-provided leads. While the USHA contract is explicit in its definition of captivity, I do not see the word "slave" or any similar connotation listed within our contracts. Our captivity clause is intended to prevent potential distractions in order to ensure agents focus on leveraging our system and our products to maximize their opportunity for success. While the "Top" agents you refer to, are generally those who follow our system, we can also cite numerous brand new agents who have also found unparalleled success with the USHA system.

Pros

Great stock program that allows you to build and generate tremendous wealth if you produce. The leads are free in my office and we make the best commissions in the health insurance industry. The best part about it is helping people that hate obama care and helping them save money on their PPO coverage. The culture is great and everybody likes to see each other succeed.

Cons

Long work hours to get a sale, you cannot be lazy or else you will not work out with this company.
