Horrible, the good reviews are employees trying to get more people to work under them
Pros
Easy to get hired because so many people quit from being overworked and they do not invest any money into you. Cheap dinner provided after working 12 hours straight, breakfast and lunch you have to cover If you make it to the top of the pyramid will still work 13+ hours 7 days a week but can get a decent pay day.
Cons
13+ hour work days Have to pay for your own leads unless you want the same recycled leads the entire organization is also contacting Borderline harasses prospects Pay for your own CRM During interview process lied many times about hours, flexibility etc… Management manipulates you into working holidays has you cold call prospects on late hours (8-10pm still calling) Teach you to lie to prospects, tell them you’re an advisor and giving them the best option but really you can only sell one thing and it’s pushed even if it isn’t a fit. They say you get residuals until the policy ends, once you leave US health you will never see the promised income again
