Uncapped commission so unlimited oppritunity to excel very fast. The Charleston Crües culture is the reason I chose my career here. They are truly a family!

Cons

70-80 hour work weeks because it’s an 100% commission job. You will have sacrifice a lot your first 2 years.

Giving 3/5 years of hard work to this means the next 5-20 years are taken care of (depending on the level you achieve and how smart you are with your money).
