•A few bad eggs that are naturally resentful, some of the older gen hasn’t realized that morale is very important in a work environment •Often times a lot of work. I left just before Covid but I heard nightmare stories. •A clear hierarchy. Cliques exist within the office, management is nicer to some than others, and I’ve heard prejudice type statements from some employees that would result in them being cancelled if I wanted to make it an issue.

Low rate of pay. Lack of consistency in training, makes it very difficult to learn the job. Then clearly difficult for management to fairly assess performance. Middle managers seems less concerned about this than I was. Culture wants you to believe there is a path to advance - in practice - that only applies to a select few.
