Coworkers in the office were great

Cons

Pay wasn’t competitive. No one reached bonus but was led to believe it was common. Product isn’t well constructive and therefore hard to sell. Frustrating micro management.

Reasonable cost for health insurance coverage

Cons

Low rate of pay. Lack of consistency in training, makes it very difficult to learn the job. Then clearly difficult for management to fairly assess performance. Middle managers seems less concerned about this than I was. Culture wants you to believe there is a path to advance - in practice - that only applies to a select few. People passed over, without clear indications as to why. Saw this on several occasions -
