Pros

Good office location, people and HR are awesome.

Cons

Terrible comp plan, micro managing, micro aggressive manager and lots of required activity that everyone fakes and they pretend is the reason sales are good. They do not treat you like an executive but a child that has to do lots of role playing.

USI is a national company with more opportunity options. bought my agency and let go majority of the staff.

USI bought my agency and let go majority of the staff when we were told we'd be able to survive the merger.
