Terrible culture, misogynistic and sales hustle culture, most people that worked there were idiots with some select few who actually did their work and succeeded, but its what you make of it

Paid vacation isn't granted. No annual bonuses. No company investment. No individual authority. Overall if you're desperate, it's an ok place to work but if you want a healthy work-life balance or respectful company then this isn't the place. No executive sponsorship for any company updates and the CEO doesn't want to give any department authority. For an insurance brokerage, benefits SUCK
