      Compensation is okay, good benefits.

      Cons

      Long hours, understaffed, management does not care about your well being. You are only a number. Producers are disrespectful in the way they speak to you. No growth opportunities. LOTS of reports you spend more time replying to reports than working. Accounting reports, KPI reports, not invoiced reports, not renewed reports on top of all the managers emailing asking over and over the same thing.
