      Co-workers are nice and helpful.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Management is useless. Too many metric requirements. Not enough hours in the day. Very demanding. Most of my department are staying until something better comes along.

      Great training program, strong mentorship and coaching support at a first class company

      Pros

      The provide clear expectations of your role. They have a very strong coaching and training program and provide you with all the tools and resources you need. Their is a clear pathway to success that puts you in the drivers seat. I have to say that I am really impressed by the entire team. This is a really positive environment and what's really awesome is your colleagues are always ready to help you without expecting anything in return. Great group of people from corporate to local leadership. Cohesive and profession group of people. I would highly recommend them to someone who is looking for a top notch company to make your next move.

      Cons

      Consultants are sales professionals and that means lots of hard work. They have high expectations and their is lots of accountability. I wouldn't expect anything less. This job is only for those who know what it takes to sell. The good news is USI really offers a great product - the people and the brand.
