The pay, the work is redundant and unsatisfying. So many different policies and rules to follow. Nothing is a smooth process which makes it easy to make mistakes. Co-workers are lazy because most of them have been there for 10+ years. A lot falls on new employees while others are lazy and holding positions from new and younger and employees. Expected to be scared of producers and walk on eggshells. Try hard family culture which requires a lot of time spent with co-workers when you really don’t want too. Too many policies and procedures.
