      Good team, access to great companies.

      Cons

      Promises made were not kept, upper management is focused on CYA and sell sell sell only, service is non existent, middle management is clueless and pressure so much by upper management that they pressure instead of think. No real raises or promotions. They say they are interested in what is best for the client, but that is not true, they only care about sales. Service is not a focus... just the next sale.

      1.) Top notch training to ensure success of new sales producers. Best in the industry. 2.) Management cares about the success and growth of all of their employees. 3.) A very collaborative environment. Encourages team based selling rather than being a lone ranger like most brokers. 4.) If you follow the USI model you will be successful. 5.) Very competitive pay with chance to have ownership in the company. 6.) The OMNI platform is steps beyond what any of the competitors have to offer. 7.) They are always one step ahead of the competition and very innovative with their technology and product offerings.

      Cons

      Honestly, I have been in the industry for over 28 years and they are the 5th broker I have worked for. By far the best company I have worked for. They expect a lot out of their employees but at the same time you are rewarded for the work you put in.
