Pros
This organization puts its money where it's mouth is in developing a full suite of resources and tools to help you be successful in your position. Extremely impressive and has been very helpful in getting me up and running. I've also had great support not only from my boss, and the senior leadership in our office, but also from the national practice leader for the division I'm a part of. It's very motivating to have that level of support behind you.
