      Overworked, and undervalued .They are private equity so won’t exist in 5 years. Don’t value service staff.

      Pros

      Great bonuses and 37.5 work week. Great pay structure if interested in sales.

      Cons

      Decisions seem to be made the night before and implemented the next day. Can’t stand by a commitment due to growth targets. Owned by private equity so wouldn’t be a great place for young talent unless they are sales driven.

      Colossal disconnect between HQ and satellite offices

      They pay their producer very well

      Cons

      they tout they are the 5th largest broker in the world and that is supposed to be a positive thing for the client, however that is far from it. Corporate wants things run like X, PE firm wants it run like Y, each individual office runs it like Z. This disorganization leads to massive communication breakdowns. Middle management is overpaid and offers ZERO value. Everyone is too scared to speak their mind because if they do, they fire you. It is a revolving door, not that they would ever say that as they require everyone to keep their mouth shut once an employee leaves the co.

      From a Producer standpoint you can buy yourself few years while obtaining top notch sales training.

      Cons

      You will never be valued. Do not waste your breathe sharing ideas. Expectations will never be clear.
