      The people are really nice.

      Cons

      The system is so outdated and so hard to navigate. It's hard to see what you are doing and if you have things correct. The system always goes down and has issues. There is a lot of training but once you move out of that, it's hard to get an answer on the right procedure. There's no noting process to see what people did and why. They don't offer floating holidays for non-catholic employees.

      -Sagitta is a bad system. They need to upgrade to something more user friendly. -PTO could be better -Raises could be better
